Cancellation, Weather, No-Show

Cancellation
Cancellations are possible up to 7 days before the scheduled booking. Cancellations made later may not be eligible for a refund.

Weather Conditions
Safety is our top priority. If a trip cannot take place due to bad weather, we offer the following options:

  • Rescheduling to an alternative date
  • Issuing a voucher
  • Refund of the booking amount
    The decision is made by the captain based on current weather conditions.

Late Arrival & No-Show
Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking.
We will wait a maximum of 1 hour for late arrivals. After that, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Captain’s Safety Decisions
The captain is always authorized to adjust the route, return early, or cancel the trip if required for safety reasons.

This applies especially in cases of:

  • Weather & Sea Conditions: strong winds, high waves, thunderstorms, poor visibility, or sudden weather deterioration
  • Official Instructions: orders from harbor authorities, closures, anchoring restrictions, or nature protection regulations
  • Technical Problems: engine, electrical, steering, or other safety-related system failures
  • Safety Risks Onboard: dangerous behavior by guests or ignoring instructions
  • Alcohol or Drug Influence: severely impaired or aggressive passengers
  • Medical Emergencies: illness, injury, or other emergencies on board

In these cases, there is no entitlement to a full refund once the trip has started.
